BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) is a proprietary Internet-based PIN instant messenger and videotelephony application included on BlackBerry devices that allows messaging and voicecalls between BlackBerry, iOS, Windows Phone and Android users. Users on Blackberry 10 can also use videocalling. It was developed by the manufacturer of the BlackBerry, BlackBerry Limited (formerly known as Research In Motion Limited (RIM)).
